Return and Refund Policy
At FoldiMate Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to return a product, without having to provide a reason for your decision.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- In their original condition,
- Unused,
- And in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Customized products or special orders are not eligible for return.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within 30 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method as the one used for the purchase. If the product does not meet the return conditions described above, FoldiMate Inc. reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not comply with your order, you may request an exchange or a full refund. In this case, return costs will be covered by FoldiMate Inc. The product will be inspected prior to any refund or exchange procedure.
Restocking Fees
Where applicable, restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
