They are accessible at any time on the Site and are deemed read and accepted without reservation by the customer upon confirmation of their order.

2. Products

The Site offers the FoldiMate machine for sale, an innovative device for automatic laundry folding and ironing. Each product is accurately described, including its technical specifications, prices, and available delivery options.

3. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online via the process indicated on the Site. Once the order is validated, the customer automatically receives a pro forma invoice by email, accompanied by payment instructions. The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or proof of bank transfer.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices displayed are indicated in Euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included). Standard delivery is free. An express delivery option (5 business days) is offered for €15. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer (SEPA or Instant Transfer). Bank details are provided in the order confirmation email. Orders will only be processed after validation of the payment received.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 10 business days from the confirmation of payment. FoldiMate Inc. declines all liability in the event of delays attributable to carriers or cases of force majeure.

6. Warranty

All FoldiMate devices benefit from a 12-month legal warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions, excluding cases of misuse. In the event of a confirmed failure, the customer may request a replacement or a refund after inspection by our technical department.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a right of withdrawal of 30 days from the receipt of the product, without the obligation to provide a justification. Returns must be made in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a delivery error or a defective product.

8. Liability

FoldiMate Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue linked to the use of the products. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order.

9. Modifications to the General Terms

FoldiMate Inc. reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Modifications are applicable as soon as they are published on the Site. The version applicable is the one in force at the time of the order.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
